To Music Retailers/Distributors with operations in Texas:

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Texas Choral Directors Association, I invite you to present
a bid for the services described in the Music Bid Requirements document (linked below) in connection with the 2019 and 2020 TCDA Convention and New Music Reading Clinics.

All bids must be submitted in writing and received in the TCDA office on or before December 31, 2017.
Each bid will be reviewed by the TCDA Board of Directors who will select the winning bid based upon
the bids submitted, TCDA requirements and all facts provided.

The Board may elect to modify the bidding process, invite further bids, accept or reject any or all bids,
waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and select the vendor that, in the opinion
of the Board of Directors, can provide the services described in the manner most convenient and
advantageous to TCDA.  The Music Vendor will agree to keep the list of selected music in confidence
and the list of selected music becomes the sole property of the Texas Choral Directors Association.
